Delivery Methods

The following steps are required to place an order at www.footlocker.ro

• Select the product or products and the size or sizes to be purchased
• Add the product or products to the shopping cart
• Confirm the contents of the shopping cart and continue with the order
• Complete the order in one of the following ways:

1. By registering and creating an account
2. Without registration.
3. By logging in to your account if you are already registered at www.footlocker.ro

• Fill in the special form with the necessary information (e.g. name, contact and shipping details)
• Select of payment method
• Order confirmation and completion

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping to your place for all orders over 350LEI, all over Romania. If you choose cash on delivery as payment method, there is an additional cost of 5LEI. Shipping cost is 14 lei for orders below 350 lei.

Free pickup in 4 of our stores throughout Romania.

RETURNS

Returns are made easily, quickly and free of charge within 30 days to:

HARD-TO-REACH AREAS

In inaccessible areas, delivery is not made to the address indicated by the customer but to the nearest address of the partner of the transport company network with which we cooperate. Therefore, the customer will have to pick up the item from the address we indicate, which will be the nearest possible address depending on the postal code given in the order.
Once the customer has been notified of the arrival of his order, he must receive it within 3 working days
