Ways of Exchange/Return

  • You can make an exchange for another same or different product, paying any price difference.
  • If you want to make a new purchase at another time, ask the cashier for a credit voucher.
  • Refunds are made in the same way you made your original purchase.

Return costs

The return cost of "Heavy Items" is borne by FOOT LOCKER if the product is in its original condition. The return procedure and the crediting of the shipping costs and the value of the item is subject to the following conditions:

  • If the customer wants to return the item with another company then the full cost is charged.

Delivery days

Delivery days for orders which include one or more items belonging to the category "Heavy Items" are from 5 to 8 working days.

Assembly

In the event that the customer orders an item that belongs to the category "Heavy Items" and which requires assembly, then he/she should contact us in order to receive the necessary instructions on how we will serve him/her. In cities where we have a physical store presence the assembly service is undertaken by us. In case we do not have a store in the city where the customer resides we cannot offer an assembly service.

Hard-to-reach areas

In inaccessible areas, delivery is not made to the address indicated by the customer but to the nearest address of the partner of the transport company network with which we cooperate. Therefore, the customer will have to pick up the item from the address we indicate, which will be the nearest possible address depending on the postal code given in the order.

Once the customer has been notified of the arrival of his order, he must receive it within 3 working days.
