If you need to request a return or exchange, you can do it easily through our online system. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the fields where you need to enter your Order Number (e.g. 00000494809), which you can find in your confirmation email or in your order history if you have an account, and the phone number (starting with +4071...) you used when placing the order. Return & exchange dont have any additional cost. You can also cancel your order in the following ways:

In any case, please make sure to include your order number, full name, email address, and mobile phone number.
You have the right to return part or all of your order within 30 calendar days from the purchase date and you don’t have to tell us why. You can return your order in-store or via courier, just follow the steps on this page.
